How to file a cyber complaint in case of fake FB profile and stalking

A person I know is posting my marriage video on YouTube, created a fake profile on Facebook under my name and pic.sends me messages on WhatsApp, Facebook and true messenger.
You may file/present written complaint to police station of your area, with all details, & they shall refer your case to be investigated by Cyber investigation cell, & post investigation, they may register FIR against the accused. In the event police officials at local police station do not help, present your complaint directly to Commissioner of Police office / SP (depending on which city you are in), and they shall send your complaint to be investigated by Cyber crime cell.
