Fake college cheated students how can students prove not guilty

After login someweb.com by entering a registration no particular details of doctor was opened during year 2011,This institutions name was AAA .It's provide the degree with reg no and also promises that this is valid and registered in West Bengal govt.But presently XXX west Bengal saying that this society is fake and registered a case against degree holder and charge IPC 419,420,467,468,120B.whenever individual is unknown about the instructions.In this condition how can individual prove that he isn't guilty , Institute cheat him and provide wrong information. Presently their web site someweb.com is opened but all members name and materials is deleted ,how can individual prove that deleted material was related to medical college society and individual also cheated by this institution he is not fraud or guilty in this case. What should we do?
