Younger brother in live in relation with married woman what to do

मेरा छोटा भाई जो 17 साल का है वह एक लडकी के साथ रह रहा है लडकी शादीशुदा है मेने पूलिस को बताया।अब पुलिस कहती है कि मेरे उपर धारा 120 लगेगी। मै इसमे शामिल भी नही।
You must gather the evidence against whosoever is threatening you with false implication in the case. As far as with regard to your limited query , your brother is minor and there are ways to help your brother in the present case. I want to know whether any FIR is registered against your brother or not?If it has been registered kindly give me the details off such FIR.
