Took fee reimbursement from the govt on the basis of false documents

Dear sir, He worked as a central government employee, his daughter studying through scholarship i.e fee reimbursement which is provided by government . Her father cheated government and took fee reimbursement, by giving all fake certificates (income).So finally take proper action regarding this issue and save government funds.i have complete evidence documents regarding this issue.further what can I do? Can i file case court or not? Please give me your valuable suggestions...
