Should I go for compromise in a 498A case against husband

Dear Madam/Sir, .I have 2 kids(girls).I have put the case 498A in 2012.Opposit lawer suggested to compromise.We dont have oersonal lawer.I dont know what i have to do.My husband cheated me like anything.Please suggest what i have to do now?
