Section 166. Public Servent disobeying the Law intentionally.

Sir/Madam. Repeated requests to MRO. Or revenue inspector, Village revenue officer to correct the illegal entry in records. Intentionally not obeying their duty to do their job despite several applications with acknowledgements. I want to put criminal case on them for disobeying the direction of the law to help and to do their job for which they are employed by the government in local court criminal case under section 166 ipc. Please give your opinion. Thank you sir/ Madam Divaker Rao Kattar.
Escalate the matter to RDO/Dy.Collector/Dist Collector for grievance handling. The issue revolving with VRO. Does they have records with them. (pertaining to your issue). You have to support those records.

first you need to get sancation against him under section 196 and 197 ipc for the acts of doing wrongs in official duty from the district in order to lodge a case under 200 crpc so please be advised and accurate procedure to be followed
