I wonder why you have not opened your mouth to your lawyers and trusted persons then, when you can talk about it now despite the fact that your life at stake. File a writ petition at the HIgh Court seeking direction for CBI Investigation stating all the reasons and about the murder and persons involved and the cooked up story of the police.

Hi,

Ref: ID No.57600

It is too late to seek the transfer of the case to C.B.I as I understand already charge sheet was filed and the Trial also took place. Much water flown now. Therefore, once the matter ends up in Trial there cannot be further investigation at this stage. Hence, inform your present Lawyer everything about your case and seek appropriate direction in the criminal appeal against the present proceedings.

Thanks & Regards,
