Procedure to obtain bail when charged with sec. 420 ans 131

My elder brother is charged with CrPC 420 and 131, due to absence in court he was issued warrant and he was caught by police and he is in jail now? my question is how to obtain BAIL for him? How much money is required for guarantor? Pleaase answer

you will have to immediately move a bail application, are you sure its section 131 IPC? the surety bond will depend on the quantum of offence and the the background. since your brother was arrested due to non-appearance the court might be strict about surety. surety will not be a problem, some family member can give RC of a vehicle against the surety amount. the concern should be to move bail application first

Going by what you have shared herein, it is advised that you should immediately file a bail application in the court through an advocate and a surety/ guarantor amount depends on the discretion of the court..
