Police's power to investigate offence occured not in its jurisdiction

17-Oct-2023 (In Criminal Law)
Court has illegally order registration of FIR in a cognizable and bailable case. Court doesn't have the jurisdiction to try the case. 1. Can Police Summon accused before it from other state not in its jurisdiction? 2. If summons are served by post to accused in other state and accused do not appear before the police as instructed what action the police can take? 3. If accused appears before the police, can police take accused into custody and compel to undergo medical examination as per Sec 53 of CrPC before grating him bail u/s 436 CrPC or Police is bound to release him immediately on bail?

if you are aggreived and dissatisfied by the court order then you must file appeal against the said order. the rest is que. no. 1) yes police can summon from other state.2) police can issue warrant aginst the said person. 3) yes they can do that in fact for every arrested person medical is mandatory and in bailable offence they can release you him on bail or they may produce him before the concerned magistrate for further proceeding but bail in bailable offence is mandatory.
