Person cheated my sign and withdrew money from bank how to recover it

A person stolen my chequees and with drawn an amount of rupees 2,24,000-00 by forging my signature. The FSL examination confirmed it as forgery in the court, and final judgement not yet declared. Now my question is how can I get that money? Please kindly advice.

A criminal suit will result in punishment (jail) for the guilty. Inorder to recover your money you need to file a summary suit under order 39 of CPC with FSl report as basis and get the accused's property attached . You can then sell his / his family properties and recover the money.
