How to submit appeal in High Court in motor accident case

Dear sir, My mother met accident with motor cycle.I complete all formalities FIR witness etc. case started after few month but witness give her jubani right but judge dispose the case & relese the aaropi.Now I want to go in high court. plas advise me what i do to submit my apeal in ahmedabad high court.pls give your advice.case dispose dt.20.02.17
as the matter is dismissed by the lower court you can appeal the matter before the ld. Additional District Judge/ sessions judge for an appeal before moving to High Court against the order passed by the hon'ble lower court. after dismissal you can move to HC
