How to quash a DV case in pune ?

Dear Sir , I caught my wife while dating person in hotel , They ran from hotel and from that day she is staying with him and left my house , She applied JMFC pune court with False Dv suit after 5 months of physical separation. We lived married life 23 years peacefully and No complaints much . she is working also .Now 2.5 years gone for this case and I have not received any legal summons from court to appear only dates are going and she is also absent in the court . I also checked document indirectly and found only consul order passed 2.5 years back , after that only dates going on. I am ignoring as no official intimation from court and no PO has been appointed till date . Want to know how to quash this case ( I am Hindu - Bramhin ) Pl guide. I have launched 2 police complaints where she said police in writing My own wish I am Living this house and will stay with person whom she dates . Presently both are together and roaming shamlessly.Pl advice
