Mere ek friend ki girlfriend ne uske uper case kr diya h ki wo uska educational documents le liya jabardasti or fr usko de ni raha or uske sath wo rape kiya or video bna kr blackmail kr raha h.. Ye sab jhuth h wo ladki jhuth bol kr usse fasa rahi h or jb wo FIR ki tb police bina kisi investigation ke uss ladke ko arrest kr liya or tin months tk jail me rakha bina ladke ko investigate kiye bina warning ke ye sb achanak se hua bs ek written application pe... Iss situation ko ab uss ladke ko kya krna chahiye kyuki ye case to false h wo ladki apni marzi se thi uske sath or physical relationship tha dono adult h to fr ye case kaise valid h please let me help and suggest me ki ab uss ladke ko kya krna chahiye...
YOU need to get the FIR quashed by high court u/s 482 already there is a SC judgement on issue of false rape case being filed by girl . laws can be misused by anyone also did your friend can apply for bail u/s 437 from lower courts and u/s 439 ,440 from high court .hope this helps

This is really very serious situation and the important thing is that you know the case is false, police or investigation agency do not know the case is false or true, now you stated that your friend is in jail custody for 8 eight month and in this situation file bail petition before the civil court and if rejected then file bail petition before high court.
one more thing do co-operate with the I.O/POLICE/INVESTIGATION AGENCY and aware all the fact to police and if police is not listening all the facts then inform all the fact to senior police officer.
