False complaint filed by the opposite party what action can I take

A complaint filled against me about abusing and misbehaving. It was wrongly charged by police as NC complaint because of near connection of complainer. They charged ipc 151 107 and filed case. Police called me to take my statement. As i reply they write and attached a copy with complaint paper. On next day i was asked to appear at police station and then took me in front magistrate where i got bail and get a date for further process. Whole process was totally unknown for me and i did same as they said. Now i want to know about further process. Do i need to assign a lawyer for process?
I strongly suggest that you move a petition before the high court of gujarat urgently for quashing the criminal complaint under section 482 of crpc. I suggest that you contact me at the earliest. I am surprised that you have not engaged an advocate already despite criminal case having been registered against you.
