Daughter in law falsely accusing me of rape & sexual harassment

I sent her with her father, her close relative and my son to her father's place after she insulted me by using wrong words and false allegations in presence of her husband I.e. my son telling him, that I might rape her and asked him to expel me from the house or to live with her separately. Now I afraid that she will lodge false complaint against me for molestation or sexual harassment. What legal precaution I should take being senior citizen. On So many occasions she mis behaved us, but me and my wife ignored considering she might improve. My son also now wants to divorce her, we belongs to Hindu religion. Please give legal advice

hello sir,
i suggest the matter may be resolved by talking. you, your son , your wife or anyone else can speak to your daughter in law and ask about her problems. moreover if there is no room for solution to this then your son can file divorce petition in family court. legal precaution cannot be advised as such because she hasnt initiated any proceeding.
