i belong to a reserved category... and some one game me anti caste remark [chamar] of which i am having recording..i lodged complaint in police station but there response is very slow .want to approach local court .nad i want to enquire regarding punishment under constitution of india
You can file a case uS156(3), CrPC before a magistrate. This falls under Section 153A of IPC.
