Client threatening to file a case for not refunding money

hi i am a certified financial adviser associated with angel broking i give speculative advise for clients to trade in stock options for which i charge 12500 per month in which we give 4 positional tips one of my client threatening to file police complaint against me as he was not able to make profits out of my advise and made mistakes in executing them properly. even tho my calls achieved thr target now he is asking for free continuation of service and or refund money which i never said its refundable now in this case what can i do and what is the posiblity i can go jail

Hi,

Based on your representation I see no criminality in your action. Do not worry about threats. If he files case, you can contest the case on merits.

It's always advisable to have properly drafted legal agreement to protect your interests with such customers.

If the terms are agreed orally such problems crops up.
