Can a BSNL employee record my phone is this legal?

my uncle who works with BSNL has tapped my phone and listens to every conversation. i want to know what action can i take against him. how can i get a proof from the BSNL office
If the facts you have stated are correct then a very serious offence has been committed as phones can only be tapped after permission from the Home Ministry. Approach the local police station to have an FIR registered. If the police refuse to do so then approach the courts with an application under Section 156(3) CrPC.
