Appeal against termination of navel cadet from service how to proceed

My son is a 10+2entry cadet in naval academy.he completed 4 SEM.BE with military training at naval academy.during 5th semester his grandmother expired due to a fire incident,who was lookafter him from childhood.after this incident he failed to acquired the required marks of academy.and he relocated for 6 months back.presently he acquired only 40 to 45 percentage in 4subjects rest subjects are above 50 percentage.we asked for a reexamination but naval academy terminated him from neval service without further chance being the sop of naval academy not allow the same.the cadet already completed 3years in the same academy for the above Sai d purpose.in this case can we expect any legal benefit/ concession in the same academy to complete the training & BE.bcos till he studied in academy under JNU.What should we do?
