How to handle suspension from job in terms of joining again

sir my father was suspended from job from 3 years. no enquiry or step is taken by company.. the union officers are telling every formalities are done but joining is not done yet.. what can we do to get joining without delay
Let your father to consult the higher authority of the company and request about the clarification and details about his joining. If he has suspended means disciplinary action must have taken by the company, If they have done the enquiry then they must have the records. File one writ petition before the High Court by consulting any advocate or if he falls under the cadre of labour then file it before Labour Court. Why you are waiting for so long without taking any action.

If your father is suspended without giving an opportunity of being heard, you cannsend them a legal notice through a lawyer and also approach the court for appropriate remedies.
