You will get the trademark only if you will apply for it by paying the necessary fee and not otherwise. Subsequently you are also required to fill in the details of your use as to since how long you are using this logo and there is no one else who use the same name for his /her business etc.

For the query you posted, I would suggest the following:

The matter concerned is very much dependent on prosecution of the trademark.
You need to be clear whether such a mark is to be a label or a word or device.
Other factors rule too.

Have to file application for registration under the relevant category depending upon the service you propose to give under the said trademark. Trademark search can be done to find out if similar mark has been filed for registration or not.

Yes , I believe you can unless it is already registered by some one else. Do get a prior art search done first. However, your site msngo.. already has the word 'msn' which is already an established name/ mark. This may not be allowed. Please get in touch for further help.

Trademarks are among IPR( intellectual property rights l) and these are basically meant to secure your own products/brand etc. If you owns said domain names then yes you can secure these domain names.

Please note that the name mentalmaths is very generic and it would not be allowed by the trademark office. The name mentalmaths can be allowed only if written in a unique manner. The name msngomentalmaths shall however be available.
