Wedding photographer doesn't give me the videos, what can be done

Wedding photographer doesn't give me the videos that I have already paid in full. It's been 3 years now. I don't have any bill but I have paid the amount online, for which I have the transaction ID.
Hi,
Issue a legal notice to the photographer to hand over the videos/photographs within a period of time failing which appropriate action will be initiated. If the photographer fails to hand over the same even after receiving the legal notice, approach the Consumer forum with all details and pray for the refund and damages for deficiency in service and if you are able to substantially prove then there are more chances of you getting back the money and also some damages.

If you have the transaction proof we can send the legal notice for which he has to respond.so send a lawyer notice at the earliest. If he does not respond we can file a police complaint against him or civil case for the non compliance of the contract.
