My College is not returning Certificates. What to do ?

College not returning Certificates as I have discontinued the course & demands me to pay complete course fee to get the certificates. How can I get an order from the court with a mandate to the college to return my certificates. Do I need to visit the court in person, please let me know the procedure to issue the mandate to the college.

In your case you have informed that you have discontinued from the collage. But you are not mentioned that how many days you attend the classes.
Please go through the collage catalog which is given to you at that time of joining . Defiantly there will be clause with regard to the refund of the fees. Please check that you have seeking refund of the fees as per the said rules. If yes, please issue a regular notice to refund the fees.
