Loss due to technicians mistake, how to get compensation?

ifb dishwasher technician made me a loss of 15,000 till the machine repairs . how can i get compensation amount
Is it manufacture defect which the technician cam to repair has to be confirmed from your side. What is the warranty period of your dish washer and when it was failed to perform ? did the technician who attended has came from the company or an outsider. If it is the loss caused by the company technician means you can complaint to the company and can recover your loss. If they fail to comply then file a complaint before Consumer Forum, you have to do this only if it is the manufacturing defect and by stating the mishandling of the technician if he is sent by company. Take a risk to write your problem properly or elaborately.

Sir, u can file a complaint in the cusumer and with regard to the loss caused due to the failure of the machinery and also see all the documents and complaints , grantycards and all vailid conditions and warrants u should be clear with the loss and damages which u are claiming.

You need to mention date of purchase of IFB Dishwsher.
Also let's understand why and on basis you have encurred INR 15000 Loss?
1.If you have Bill copy/Invoice, check date of purchase
2. Do read termd and condition of warrenty Card
If you are unable to under this , do approach lawyer with Purchase Invoice/ Bill, Warranty Card and correspondence between you and customer support, if any other documents.
Lawyer will issue legal notice and then may consider further steps if not settled.
