How to file consumer court case in person

LeEco super3 x65 4K UHD android TV purchased from FLIPKART. TV has 4 years warranty.just after 6 months 27 days developed technical issue ``A VERTICAL LINE ON SCREEN appeared. No one is informing Time frame required to resolve the issue,hence planning to approach consumer forum. What are the chances for justice from the consumer court
You will not find it easy filing a case in consumer forum. t once filed there are not many procedural problems ad you can only argue your case with some guidance. Do one thing, take assistance from a lawyer`s office for preperation of file and filing, and then on do it yourself.

It is the technical issue. Please inform the "LeEco super3 x65 4K UHD android TV" by way of email stating with regard to the defect in the TV with regard to the screen and also keep a copy to the Flip Cart. Please ask any electronic expert with regard to the same and confirm that it is the inherited defects.
Please ask the said company to replace the TV which is under the warranty period, It is their duty to replace the product.
