Filed consumer case opposite party refused to accept court notice

I Have filed in dist.consumer court against builder and when the consumer court issued notice to builder they refused to accept the regd.post.the court has now asked me to file affidavit and given june date for hearing?
Dear client as opposite party has not accept the notice and court say u to file affidavit then it means court will order ex party. As opposite party is not wiling to contest the case then court will order ex party. For any legal help call me
