register post notice not received by husband for divorce

We have sent a notice to my sister husband for agree on the divorce but as he was knowing that we are going to sent the notice so i think he has denied the postal to receive while delivery and the post came back to origin.
Suppose if he keep denying the receiving of the notice post what are the other option to move further for notice and filing the divorce case.

you have done registered post and he has denied to accept, even in that case it would be assumed received. you have be sure only on that the address you have used is right or latest. however, you don't have to be worried about it. it would be handled by the advocate whom you have hired for your case. for further clarification you can call me. thank you.
