Delayed commercial project and builder offering different project

I have booked a property with Bptp 4-5yr back and builder has taken almost 90% of the payment. Builder is asking to property at different location which is costly and location is also not as per us. Please suggest way forward here.

The best thing to do in this scenario is to ask for a total refund of your money along with interest from the builder and exit. It is highly unlikely that the builder would agree to it on its own. You must therefore give an opportunity and then file a case in the appropriate Consumer Court asking for a refund along with interest and compensation.
