how to deny visitation rights to husband in child custody petition

13-Aug-2023 (In Child Custody Law)
Hi, I am a Hindu. Me & my husband are about to get divorced sooner. I am planning to deny the visitation rights of my son (will be 5 yrs old by this october)as for now, but planning to file a case for his custody after 2 1/2 years. Can I show the reason as the child being harassed by step mother (Because I got a clue that my husband is planning to get married again after our divorce). Will family court consider my new petition for custody after 2 1/2 years even if I deny both visitation & custody right till then? I am denying it for some personal reason temporarily. Plz explain me.Thankyou.

As per the details I feel since your child is 5 yrs old you have the right to deny the visitation rights on certain reserved ground in which case the benefits are given to mother first. Please feel free to contact me for any further assistance in this case.
