Regarding how to solve cheque bouncing case

Hi,
There is acheque bouncing case against me of RS 48,000.00 from last 2 years, 1 year in Moradabad bcoz party belongs to moradabad and from last 1 year in meerut bcoz bounced cheque is belongs to meerut, i am not in india from last 1 Year and my appointed lawyer refused court letter on every date of case (means its issued but not sent to my home) and its from last 1 year, now i want to settle this case through court, bcoz i sent a application (RS 10,000 Bank NEFT Record) which i paid to party in last year, but my lawyer said that court is refused your application and will continue as same.
You should strike a compromise with the opposition and the Curt must be informed that you and the opponent wish to settle out of Court. The Court will take note of the compromise being entered in between you and the opposition and will record the same in its final order. This is how you should go about it.
