How much time does a cheque bounce matter takes

I'm an employee in bangalore, suffering for a criminal case under district court of Bangalore since dec,2015 filled by me towards the md of a real state company namely dreamz infra pvt ltd. once i cancelled the booking of flat (downpayement paid 5.10 lacs) , they provided me the amount in cheque which bounced back 3 times after which i choosed the legal way . But despite of having all the docs im favour of ours court is far away of justice because the md is always not present in blr which everytime cancel her arrest warrant . I'm very tired and want to know if there's any scope in this case truely and if there's, what is the way?
As we all know litigation is a lengthy process, it may take years for a court to give a judgment. Now, you have two options either you contact the opposite party and settle the issue or you can file an application for referring the case to the mediation center. If both the parties agree to the same, you can resolve the matter through mediation.
