Validity of NGO experience for job in a bank

I am selected in rrb NJGB,bank send me appoint letter and done my documents and biometric verification everything is wright but bank said my NGO experience is not valid and reliable, as ibps give notification in which nothing mention NGO experience valid or not and my senior who is also selected in same bank and also work in NGO to nothing object by bank Only my experience raise issue What should I do
You have to submit detailed representation raising all of your objections along with the documents before the appropriate/higher authority through proper channel and explain how the action of the bank is discriminatory and illegal. Even though, if nothing has been done by the bank than, better u file a writ petition before the High Court challenging the action of the Bank.
