Recovery of property from SBI purchase under SARFAESI ACT 2002

After full payment SBI handed over the 3254sq.ft. only. Balance 507.75 sq.ft.is under possession by SBI. The news paper advt and Er"s valuation report mentioned the property possession taken by SBI. SBI told this auction conducted by AS SI WHERE IS BASIS. So I cannot give the balance area. Now this area occupied by others with support of SBI. How to recover the balaNce area from SBI. .
