FORGED ACCOUNT STATEMENT GIVEN BY SBI BANK

1) my account statement was tear by bank manager forcibly,and later he given forged account statement? How can i complaint about this matter

Please clarfiy what you mean by forged statement and if it is forged for what purpose/intention of forging the statement. If you can prove the malafide/criminal intention in giving you a forged statement then you can approach the police and prefer a police complaint under the provisions of IPC and banking laws. On the other you can approach Consumer Forum for negligence/deficiency of service by the bank under the Consumer Protection Act and also you can approach the banking ombudsman to get a relief for this.
