Bank manager misbehaving and deducted money from my account. advise.

Bank employee misguide me and misbehave Last month i wrote a application to bank manager to reopen my current a/c My current account was closed last few year. I asked bank employee for my last dews/pending charges he told me you will be pay only 427 rupess for your tottal dews so I agree and he reopen my account and I deposit 10000 rupess into bank and return to home But two days later i saw my statement the bank charged 4600 rupess into my account i was shocked and told bank manager immediately but the bank manager misbehaving me and not solve my problem
Dear as per your query your current account was inoperative and might be having less amount then the minimum balance. So as per system bank computer keeping the thinghs in his memory. When you made your account operative computer lifted that amount what you have deposited But this is the duty of bank manager he can refund ur amount.
Now you do onethingh write a mail to CMD by going on bank site grievance and lodge the complaint by writing all and misbehavior by manger and you can write that he has asked the bribe and write also that after this I will go to BANK OMBUDSMEN.
