Government servant falsely implicated in criminal case how to proceed

A government servant falsely entitled in a criminal case and while forwarding to court on d way disclosed before media against his superior. Since then he is kept under suspension for violating conduct rule. Is it legal.
Please let me know what is the organization your person is working for. Secondly what was told before media. Thirdly, what was rules under which he got suspended. Whether he is arrested or only suspended.
