Rape Case By A Married Woman After A Relationship

A married but separated woman was in a relationship with me on the promise of marriage. We had a consensual physical relationship but I got engaged to some other girl and she got to know it. She called me at her house on 3 March 2015 and after 10 days she filed a rape complaint against me. She even continued talking to me after 3rd March and on 10 March she started blaming me for raping her. I went to the PS and gave my consent to marry her bt she only wants to file FIR against me. How can I be proved innocent? I was there in the location of the crime but I didn't rape her. It was a consensual sex but she wrote in her complaint that she wanted to break up but I forcefully made relations with her. She called me to her place where she lives alone which I hv proof but still she's putting blame on me for raping her. How can I prove my innocence? My EX (some other girl) also put the same allegations on me last year. Can these two cases prove me a culprit?
