Rape By My Ex BF In A Hotelroom After He Proposed To Me For Marriage.

I had a consensual physical relationship with my bf who proposed to me for marriage. Our relationship lasted for 4 years but he started ignoring me and one day I got to know that he's in a relationship with some other girl. I filed many cases against him but no result came out. One day I got to know that he cheated that girl also and got engaged somewhere else. But that girl was not divorced that time and again no legal action could be taken against him. When I brought the matter in my panchayat where he wrote that he'd marry me but didn't turn up. His engagement got broken and one day he suddenly called me up and asked me for forgiveness. He even booked my flight ticket so that I can visit him. I met him and he proposed me for marriage after that he brought me to a hotel where he raped me. I immediately called the police bt tht police said that it was a consensual sex and didn't file my FIR. Can he be found guilty? Can he be convicted?
