Case Withdraw By Petitioner In CJM court

My girlfriend complaint a rape case of bns act 64(2)(m) & 351(3) against me for merry me. Now I was bailed by her and merry her. Now we want to withdraw the case. Please give me the legal way to withdraw the case.
you have to file a withdrawal petition for that in the court where it is running. You should also provide the earlier documents, the previous withdrawal documents along with marriage certificate and pictures.
