Yes, you can register a POA in Pune without your husband’s presence. Only your presence is required. After registration, send the original POA to him for use, and get it attested or adjudicated in his state for validity.

Yes, you can execute a registered Power of Attorney (POA) in Pune authorizing your husband to sell the car, close the loan, and complete all RTO and bank formalities on your behalf, even if he is residing in another state and cannot be physically present during registration. As the executant (you), your presence before the Sub-Registrar in Pune is mandatory for registration, while your husband, being the attorney holder, need not be present at that stage. The POA must clearly specify all powers sale, execution of transfer forms, collection of sale proceeds, signing bank loan closure documents, and submission of forms at RTO along with full vehicle details (make, model, registration number, chassis, engine).
