I am a Hindu with wife three daughters and a son.

My daughters are married and well provided.I want to bequeath my properties to my wife and on her death to my son.Is it possible

Yes you may be required to make a will for all the properties both including moveable and immovable ones. If the properties are located within the city of Mumbai then you may have to approach the High Court for obtaining a probate

Yes, you can make a Will & get it registered before dying. You can appoint an Executor in the Will who will look after enforcing your Will. In the Will, you can mention Moveable and Immoveable Properties which you would like to bequeath to your Wife.

Dear Client Yes life interest in your self acquired properties can be given to your wife. and on her death the same can be bequeathed to your son. Are the properties your self acquired or ancestral.
