How to check in whose name the will is registered

How can we check in whose name was the will registered? My uncle died couple of months ago, but we doubt he wrote the will in favour of his family. How to check the same and what are the chances that the will could be wrongfully forged by the family members?

To check the same you have to file a pedigree /chart of ur Legal heirs and issue a legal notice and than a suit for declaration , in case any one having a regd WILL/or a WILL they may come forward for execution /probate of the Will

If the Will was registered then you can check from the office of sub registrar. Otherwise it can not be.
You may alternatively give notice to legal heirs asking for partition then if thete is any Will they shall say so.
