The moveable and immovable properties of your parents will be shared between their legal heirs after their demise. Your brother can claim his share from the FD of your parents. You need to prove that the money was transferred by you. Being a nominee is a responsibility who has to ascertain that all the beneficiaries are given their rightful share of benefits.

what are the things done by your parents at the time of their lifetime it never binds on any third party if the maturity amount is in your parents account at the time of the death then definitely your brothers or sisters or all the legals of your parents can claim this is the legal proposition now you have said that money is back to you so that is no complication this matter the saral amount to benami transactions
