Can a date be written by pen on otherwise typed will and the witness names and adresses by pen?

Yes.

There is no set format for a will as well. It can be written or typed as per the convinence of the testator, as per his will and wish.

The date time, witness or any other part can be written in pen. There is no problem in it.

Yes. It is immateial if date is written by pen on typed Will. What it important is the same has been signed by executor and witnessed by attesting witnesses in presence of each other and at the same time and same is proved in accordance with law. However if the date written in ink is not in handwriting of the person concerned then Will is surrounded by suspicious circumstances.

There is no legal bar to the same. However, if anyone challenges the Will, he/she can take it as a ground, to perhaps contend that the Will is fabricated / interpolated / not genuine. Ultimately it shall be a matter of evidence.
