Ancestors property dispute between brother wife and me my brother died

02-Feb-2024 (In Wills / Trusts Law)
my father got his share of property after he expired. The property got registered in my mom and younger brother name. I was married by this time. Before my mother passed away she left a will when she was too sick. In the will she mentioned the property in her name should be passed on to my brother and his kids. Now my brother expired recently and when i asked for property share I got to know this will of my mom after 16 years of her death. My sister-in-law (younger brothers wife) showed this wil

Right now the legal share holders of the property is you and your brothers wife only and equally though. after the demise of your father itself the property should be in your mom, you and your brother, not sure how your name can be missed. hope you have proper legal heir certificate. speak to your brothers wife to settle amicably else you need to file property partition suit in your jurisdiction court.

if you are dengen the will and the genuinity of the will return by your mother then you go for your partition suit when they are climbing the property on basis of the wheel then they will bring the will to the court and explain the reason why for 16 years they are not communicated a such and such bill is in favour of them and why it is not probated whether the property shetates in Chennai
