SLP dismissed In Supreme Court can we file parole application?

29-Jan-2023 (In Supreme Court Law)

My two brothers had been convicted Session court of Indore and High Court of Indore, Madhya Pradesh for life imprisonment under section I.P.C. 364 (A) and 120 (B). Recently I filed Special Leave Petition for my two brothers in the Honourable Supreme Court but they dismissed my brothers case and didn't admitted on 20th January 2016. My mother died on 9th January 2016 can I file parole application in the Honourable Supreme Court to get some relief for my two brothers as my brothers also didn't attended the funeral of my mother. My brothers never came out from jail either on bail or parole!

Dear client file for parole in district court. As they never come out of jail during trial then they will get parole. If district court reject parole application then file appeal in high court. For any legal help call me

it seems all the doors are closed. for parole you may file application before jail authority instead of filing the same before SC. if the jail authority rejects your application then you approach to higher authority and then to HC and then SC so go as per procedure surely you will get some relief.

You can apply for parole. You have also not stated since when you brothers are in jail....
What was challenged in SLP.
Parole is jail admin decision.
So only one at time may be released on parole.
