What should be course of action ,if we loose a case in Supre court 3 judges bench....This matter related to Direct officer vs Prommottee ....pl help
review petition can be filled but the scope of the matter is very narrow so better make at time of final argument you put your best foot forward and no stone is unturned because review scope is very limited.

If the bench doesn’t seems to be inclined then you may pray for referring a matter to larger bench of 5 judges.
