Revision petition to Supreme Court to accept delay in High Court

Dear Sir, , My Property case started by my parents and I am continuing case. Initial case proceeding we have won the appeal and now My case is running in MADRAS HIGH COURT - MADURAI BENCH is a CIVIL REVISION PETITION(MD) and it was dismissed due to long delay of 1500 day because our lawyer moved the case from Madras to Madurai to other lawyer without our notice and it was dismissed by default as no representative. and again due to my parents age its not followed properly. Now it has delay around 8 years. Now I took this case in my control at any cost i will never let this case go away, We went for a legal advice the new lawyer said we need to file the revision petition to Supreme court to accept the delay in High court and bring back the case to Madurai High court. I have big doubt will the supreme court will accept the long delay of 8 years or not? or please advice suitable solution for this issue?

Your query is not clear whether the CRP is dismissed or the appeal is dismissed due to delay in filing. You filed the CRP against the order in????? If the CRP is dismissed due to the delay and an SLP against the order of the High Court is filed that too after a delay of 8 years there are remote chances for the matter to be considered positively unless if you are able to give a proper and acceptable cause for the delay.

the revision petition shall be filed and we have to wait for the verdict of the hon'ble court. the delay of 8 years considered to be large one. the delay condone is purely dealt with the court. it is not assured.
