Quasing Of Cases While In Trail Courts

Can we quash Trail of 498A and Domestic violence cum maintenance Cases While In Trail is running on Metropolitain magistrate Courts ? If so what are next options available either HC or SC for senior citizens falsely named to harasse who never stayed with my wife.
You can go to the High Court for quashing of the complaint / FIR and then Incase u do not get a relief you can approach the Supreme Court of India for the quashing of the 498 A IPC for DV the complaint need to be seen and then the similar action can be taken

Yes, in the High Court. High Court exercises wide jurisdiction w.r.t to quashing ( read 482 Crpc)
Unfortunately, more than often 498A is used to oblige the other party to a settlement.
If the High Court finds the complaints unfounded then the same will be quashed. You should then go ahead and file a civil case for defamation.
