sir my dad got cbi case in 2006 and now in highcourt the case is dismissed so i wish to know wether supreme court offer extension bail for 1 yr imprisonment and also he s heart patient

hello client hru.as Ur saying that Ur father is a accused in an CBI case from 2006.and now the case has reached to high court and you want extension of bail for.ome year from supreme court in this matter supreme court have got enormous powers yes it can grant even permanent bail to your father as well as year bail can also be granted but valid problem to be shown to the court then only it will be possible.

Your dad's CBI case is good to challenge in Supreme Court of India. The process of obtaining bail from Supreme Court of India is by the way of filing a Special Leave Petition (SLP) before the Supreme Court of India against the orders of the High Court rejecting the bail application.
